When Sarah (13) discovers the Finnish sport of ‚hobby horsing‘ online – in which teenagers compete in tournaments on hobby horses – she is immediately hooked. Her best friend Dilek (13) feels that this embarrassing new hobby is jeopardising her street credibility; the two fall apart and Sarah is left on her own for the time being. But then she meets Beatrice (13), a real horse rider who is suffering under the pressure of her ambitious mother, and the two of them set off on their own to the big Hobby Horsing Championship in Finland.
